Benefit Info:

POB Sorting:

• While we hope to receive even sets of POBs, this is never a guarantee with Naturally Music events. We buy in large volumes, however, and generally do not have an issue with filling requests.
• Here is the priority of sorting, from first sorted to last:
  • OT5 Sets - Highest Priority
  • Order sequence - POBs then sorted in the order received
• Please note that the shop owner is a Greeny but does not, and never has, sorted in their own favor. This is one of the founding principles of this shop, which started in support of XEED. The shop owner typically pays OT5 to avoid impacting the sort.

Rock Paper Scissors K-Pop Specific Benefit:

• Each purchaser will receive a Google Drive link to any photographs, videos, etc, taken by our Korean Proxy.
  • These are our gift to you, and we hope you will use them for the promotion of XD.
  • Every purchaser will receive the same access to the same Google Drive.
  • PLEASE NOTE: There are limits on when photography and videography are allowed so we will not receive images and videos of the entire showcase
• 1 bonus freebie XEED photocard per shipment (varies, and based on bias chosen for the POB event)

Proxy Info:

• To ensure the best experience for all involved (shop and customers alike), we will be utilizing KFriday's in-person proxy service.
• We have used KFriday exclusively for in-person Korean events for over a year now. We will all enjoy their reliability!
• Based on the volume of albums we anticipate purchasing, we are hoping our chances for having a proxy attend the showcase are super high.

Shipping Info:

• To lower the total cost of these items, we will be shipping event items in to the United States in waves. There may be an additional hold time between when items are received at our Korean address and when they are delivered to our shop.
• The item prices reflect the cost of the items, anticipated proxy fees, and predicted EMS.
• We have configured our pricing in favor of the joiner and if the costs are higher, the shop will cover these additional expenses. If the prices are lower than predicted, we will credit the difference towards domestic shipping.
• You have the option to pay for shipping now, or use the "XD Promo Hold" to receive an exact shipping charge once all items are received.
  • We will reach out to you prior to invoicing you for shipping to see if you have orders you would like to combine, or if you are ready to pay shipping and receive your items.
  • Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice receipt.
  • We will communicate package process frequently via our Instagram and this product listing.

Other Important Info:

• We have not utilized STAR LIKE MUSIC in the past and are unsure of their typical handling times. Please expect a delay of at least one month between the event and when benefits are mailed to our Korean address.
• If any bonus items are received from the event entries, such as polaroid pictures or signed items of any kind, they will be given to a joiner at random. The shop owner does not, and never has, kept these items for themselves.
